The Castell del Remei estate is made up of 400 hectares in an outstanding location. It has some notable buildings including the castle, the winery, the church devoted to the Virgin of the Remei and the restaurant.Today, Castell del Remei manages 140 ha of vineyards, of which it owns 70. In order to take advantage of the wealth and diversity\tof the designation of Origin, the other 70 hectares belong to local farmers, who receive advice and supervision throughout the year. The winery produces about 800,000 bottles a year, which are sold in almost equal parts on the domestic and export markets.The Castell del Remei wines enjoy widespread reputation both nationally and internationally and they have received numerous awards and excellent reviews from the trade press.
