      I smelled cedar, butterscotch, and spiced apple. I tasted cola, green pepper, and butterscotch. The wine had a thin straw color, sweeter, medium bodied, and fairly balanced. It paired well with smoked cheddar, arugula with cranberries and walnuts with a vinegrette dressing
