Barrell really knocked this one out of the park. There\'s so much going on there it\'s difficult to nail down any core notes, it\'s got all of them and more. Approachable sweetness, wild fruitiness, balanced spices, and multiple layers of oakiness. It was deliciously wild upon opening, but just kept improving each week of being open. I\'ll need backups of my backups of this one.
